Description Deep Heat Pain Relief Heat Patches provide targeted, long-lasting, odourless, warming pain relief for back pain, muscular aches, pain, strains, spasms and joint stiffness. The penetrating heat helps relax stiff, sore, aching muscles and joints helping to restore movement. Can be used for back, hip, thigh, calf, arm, neck and shoulder pain. Provides up to 16 hours of long-lasting pain relief. 4 Pain Relief Heat Patches per pack. The patch activates within 1 minute and will heat up within 5 minutes providing penetrating warmth for 8 hours. Once removed it can continue to provide pain relief for a further 8 hours. How to use: Apply only to clean, dry skin. Single-use only. Tear open the plastic packet, and remove the protective film from the patch. Apply a patch to the affected area, the adhesive side onto the skin or clothing. For delicate or ageing skin, apply the adhesive side of the patch to clothing. Do not bandage over the patch. Do not cut the patch, massage, fold, or wet it. To remove, slowly peel off the patch. After use, dispose of it in normal household waste. DO NOT attempt to reheat in the oven or microwave.
