Description Deep Heat Pain Relief Back Patches provide targeted, long-lasting, odourless, warming pain relief for back pain, muscular aches, pain, strains, spasms and joint stiffness. The extra large patch provides coverage for a larger area. Can also be used for hip, thigh, neck and shoulder pain. Provides up to 16 hours of long-lasting pain relief. 2 Back Patches per pack. How to use: Apply only to clean, dry skin. Single-use only. Tear open the plastic packet, and remove the protective film from the patch. Apply a patch to the affected area, adhesive side onto the skin or clothing. Delicate or aging skin: apply adhesive side of patch to clothing. Do not bandage over the patch. Do not cut the patch, massage, fold or wet the patch. To remove, slowly peel off the patch. After use, dispose of it in normal household waste. DO NOT attempt to reheat in the oven or microwave.
